		Birk has been in the mobile industry ever since its inception in the early days of the 1980s.With an education in electronics engineering combined with his obvious mercantile talent, Birk created one of Scandinavia’s largest mobile retailers of the 1990s.He has more than 10 years of experience in M2M communications and a deep knowledge of the mobile market.

		Henrik Hansen
		Vice President, Sales and Business Development and co-founder of NextM2M
		Henrik brings to NextM2M more than 20 years of IT and telecom experience. His track record comprises building organizations, restructuring, sales and partner strategies, business development and marketing for leading operators in Scandinavia and UK.On top of that he has comprehensive international experience in sales and marketing of mobile virtual network engineering and operator as well as M2M solutions for global carriers.

		Stig Rask Andresen
		CFO, member of the board
		Stig Rask Andresen has studied marketing and economics at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a degree in accounting. He also has an impressive career from employments at GN Elmi, JAI A/S and Olicom providing him experiences from telecom, network products, international accounting and reporting to NASDAQ in USA and Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The newly appointed CFO has also been involved in startups, participating in businesses within information technology, accounting systems and network solutions.
